Introducing Brittinay Lenhart – Work Culture Consultant LLC founder.  Work culture consultant founder/lead consultant. 8yr USAF veteran (secretary of defense flight crew & jet engine Mech) turned entrepreneur.  After seeing the effects true leadership can have vs poor management throughout various industries she wanted to make a difference in relation to people’s mental health and having to go to work.  Too many times people are miserable and depressed due to a toxic work environment and she knew where that needed and could be changed. So she works with start-ups to build a healthy, successful, and sustainable culture that positively affects productivity and employees’ mental health.

Introducing Kelli Kombat – INTA Global Director, Employee Experience.  A people-centric engagement strategist with over 18 years of Human Resources experience. As Global Director, Employee Experience (E/X) for the International Trademark Association (INTA), Kelli is a member of the Senior Leadership team. She works to help provide strategic advice to operational managers and helps to develop the Association’s culture.  Kelli is an HR generalist whose background includes work with multinational corporations including Ford Motor Company, L’Oréal, and Volvo Car USA. Kelli earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University and a Master in Business Administration degree, specializing in HR Management from Baker College.  She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and was certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) at Rutgers University. Kelli is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Kelli has experience providing leadership coaching to senior executives at a variety of organizations in multiple industries.
