Virtual BERNINA University Exceeds Expectations
CHALLENGE
How can one adapt and monetize a loved, annual event while still providing all the benefits and opportunities of an in-person experience? This is the challenge that BERNINA faced in 2020 with their pivot to a virtual BERNINA University.
SOLUTION
beedance answered BERNINA’s call! Together, beedance and BERNINA, created a unique, interactive event experience for attendees allowing them to take part in comprehensive hands-on sessions and virtually connect. While simultaneously providing the BERNINA Sales Team with appointment booking tools that enabled them to schedule meeting times with their dealers and lock down sales prior to the event. The beedance team further supported this by designing and building the forms and store, assisting with virtual change management training sessions and live support.
RESULTS
The audience voted, and they picked a winner! Feedback coming from attendees and staff was very positive. BERNINA saw almost 1,900 people join the event, whom voiced how much they enjoyed it. The BERNINA Store and Online Ordering forms not only helped to meet Dealer Sales goals but exceeded them in the first year of pre-sales taking place prior to BERNINA University.
